We climbed up the Powder Tower, which used to be a lookout tower. To go up you climb through a spiral staircase in the leg, then you get to the first floor and buy a ticket. Then you go up more spiral stairs, on the second floor is an art gallery and then you climb higher to a weird attic and from there you walk out onto the balcony. From up there you can see the whole city. It’s pretty amazing to have a view like that from some place right in the middle of the city. A tour guide on the ground was pointing up at the tower and we waved to them and they waved back. |
