On the last day of the year we went to see Paris, Texas and it was great. It’s weird, considering that it is nearly Dan’s favorite film, that I actually didn’t know that much about the story. He kept it a surprise very well. I liked it a lot but I was sad to be seeing Dan’s favorite movie because it made me miss him. Afterwards we made dinner and then went out with some other people, but I was sad and my head hurt and I didn’t feel like I was in much of a celebrating mood. Oh well, I’ll have to celebrate the new year some other day. |

In the course of walking around today, we saw a restaurant called "La Strada Paris
Texas." It was very strange. It wasn’t open. Could it be that the net opens up
again? (or remains open?) Perhaps.
